2011 iMac Can Power 3 External Displays

I'm in the process of switching from a 27" iMac (2011) + 24" ACD to a Mac Mini (2012) + 2x27" TBDs. Have all of them right now, TBDs arrived before the Mac Mini and had a little bit of fun. ACD plugged into 1 TB port on iMac, while 2 TBDs daisy chained to the other.

Not sure why it's flipping thumbnail upside down, but clicking it seems to work ok.

So its not a true four screen setup? I could daisy-chain 50 monitors to a single Mac but it won't allow me to have a seperate app open on each of the displays.
