2011 iMac question!

I wanted to know what is the fastest processor that was made for this computer? I'm looking to buy one since I do a lot of heavy video editing and my 2008 13" MBP can't handle it anymore. I am running a 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. I have been looking and the majority of them are i5's and i7's. I am relatively new to the processor's. It would be much appreciated if someone can help me out with this. Thanks in advance!
