I have a 2011 Macbook Pro 17 with the 6750m. I noticed some patches of white spots on the lower right. I have also noticed the screen is blurry. Sometimes, the screen will become blue. These are RadeonGate symptoms. The thing is, that I just got the computer back from being repaired by Apple only a month ago. Supposedly, Apple replaced the logic board due to a faulty gpu. Now, it is doing the same thing. I called Apple and was told to bring it in again for service under the 90 days warranty.

Once it is repaired again, should I just keep using it or sell it? Will Apple replace the computer if it happens again?

I'd get it fixed and sell it.

You've got a 90 day warranty on the repair. Normally they'll just replace the part that failed, but sometimes they'll replace the computer after a repeated hardware failure.

Even if I don't have Applecare and paid out of pocket for the repair.

I just upgraded to 16GB RAM and threw in a 512GB SSD. I'll just get it repaired and sell it. Thank you.
