I have a new 2011 MacBook Pro. The battery was drained to 0% since I forgot to turn it off and let it just die. I turned it on again and i got a message about the date and time changing as well having to set up airport again. It was in the year 2000. I changed the date and then set up my wifi.

I restarted the computer the date is now normal but had to re-do wifi.

I restarted again, everything seems fine.

Is everything okay? Right now, it doesn't seem anything is wrong. Anything else I should look for or check?

Please help. Thanks

does anything else reset?

My drive for time machine seems to be resetted as well. It's the regular orange icon not the "Time Machine" one. To back it up I have to re-scan and re-back up all the original files.

Things seem to be okay I just want to make sure if there anything else I need to set up again.
