2011 MacBook pro - unresponsive!

So I had my MacBook pro 13" activated in store, all was working beautiful

Got home and updated to the new iTunes, then as soon as I had done that it just crashed!

And now the mouse won't move at all, and it's unresponsive! I've had it maybe.....6 hours!

Yeah, that's what I was thinking.

Problem being, I live in Chester and nearest store is Liverpool...a fun journey after work tomorrow.
