2011 mba - keyboard + mouse problems after mavericks

Like the title states, I've been running into keyboard and mouse issues ever since the upgrade to mavericks. Whenever I am on a certain window and make the change to another window, program, dock, folder, etc... the keyboard and mouse looses function for couple of seconds. This is including the internal keyboard, trackpad, usb keyboard, and my mighty mouse. Anyone running into similar issues??

thanks for the link, i feel better now lol
As for the noted problem, after a couple of reboots, seems like the problem no longer occurs...hopefully for good.
