My 2011 Macbook Pro 2.2GHz has crashed twice now. I called apple, and we didnt really do anything to solve it. It has not happened again though.
Now Im having issues with skype. My calls lose connection constantly & sometimes people can't hear me. I reinstalled skype and still the same. This started to happen after the phone call with Apple.
If someone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

PS - freezing under heavy work has stopped after the update. Also, I had this MBP for about 1-2 weeks and no issues until the last 3-4 days.
