Please help me decide.

I am basically torn between 15 inch MBP and the new Air.
13 inch MBP is out of question because of its low resolution.

It will be my only machine for a while, 2-3 years. I will be coding for iOS, using photoshop , watching movies, and running vm sometimes.

MBP 15 can handle all of these tasks better than the Air, but the MBP is at the end of its cycle, is it really worth buying it? or should I just stick with the Air.
I am sure Air can handle all of this too , just not better than MBP

Please help

I would put MBP at mid cycle, not end, also it has i7 on Sandybridge and thunderbolt already so there is no place to go on those (ie. Intel has no imminent CPU or chipset bump on the way).

Performance wise, the new Air is extremely impressive, even the i5 is a stunner.

If it is your main-use machine, maybe Screen size would be the key factor?
