2012 13" MBA Not working with mini DP to HDMI

I just bought the new 13" MBA ($1,199) version and I am having some issues getting it to work on my 27" LG monitor. This is after the same HDMI and MDP adapter worked this morning with my 2011 11" Macbook Air.

I just updated everything, but it is still not working at all. My MBA is not recognizing the monitor.

Any suggestions? I've already reset the PRAM.

If you haven't make sure you Check for Updates...there is one available already which is intended to resolve some issues with external monitors.

Mine is working fine with the DP to HDMI to a large monitor.

That was my first step before resetting the PRAM. Just ordered a mdp to hdmi cable, so hopefully that'll solve...

Would like to get it on my monitor before Wed/Thu though...

I have a 2012 MBA 13"
My Moshi mini display port to HDMI is not working either.

I've done all the software updates.

I have the 2012 13" too. Picked up a belkin cable and adapter combo from Best Buy and I haven't had any trouble with it. I've heard people have bad luck with the moshi adapter.

Maybe check out system profiler in the thunderbolt tab to see if the cable is even recognized.

My 2012 is working fine with a cheap MDP to HDMI adapter I got from eBay in about Feb.
Sounds working good also.
Not tried under Windows, I'm told this doesn't work too good though.
