Okay so I purchased a huge bundle of computers and there is a 4-month old 2012 15" MBP w/ AppleCare until 2016 in it (score!). Anyway, there is a firmware password. I know I could contact Apple and hopefully remove it, but I don't want to send it in or drive 90 minutes to the Apple Store.

I found this: http://www.ernieflores.net/2013/03/26/recovering-a-lost-firmware-password/

But I guess if you have a GSX account you can contact TSPS via chat and get it unlocked. Does anyone have an account and if so, would you contact them to get this removed? I would even pay for your time. PM or contact me.

If this is frowned upon on here, please close/remove it. But I just thought I'd ask.
