2012 MacBook Air and i1 Display Pro

I'm running Mountain Lion on a 2012 Air. I just bought an i1 Display Pro, downloaded the software from X-Rite's site and installed it. I plugged the device into the USB port on my Air but, for some reason, it's not being detected. I'm trying to profile my 24" Cinema Display.

I've searched but can't find any information on any incompatibilities with i1 Display Pro and Mountain Lion. I thought maybe there was an issue with the USB ports on the new Airs (2012) so I also tried connecting it into the USB port on the Cinema display but no dice.

I've emailed support but they're out all though Labor Day weekend so I'd like to know if anyone else, who owns an i1 Display Pro, has had any issues with it not being detected.

Any advice appreciated

Pls disregard this post. I found the problem.

I had this problem, fixed it by plugging the i1 Display LT into a powered USB hub which is in turn plugged into the MacBook Air.
