2012 macbook pro 13" 2.9GHz or 15" 2.3 GHz?

Hey guys, I'm planning on buying a macbook pro but not sure which to get. The 13" seems to have better specs than that of the 15", bigger HDD and Ram. Why is it that the 13" is 300 dollars less than the 15". Is it just because of the screen size or is there something more to the 15"? Thanks!

The 13" MBP has a DUAL CORE CPU, the 15" has a QUAD CORE CPU.
Thus the 15" can be twice as fast as the 13".

If you're asking the question the processor probably makes no practical difference to you.
