Not sure what I should keep/buy?

I mostly use my 2012 13'' pro retina. About a year and half ago the 2012 would randomly shut down, thought it was on it's last leg so I bought a 2019 13'' pro. Ironicially about the time I bought it the old 2012 started working normally again and still works normally now.

I mostly use my laptop for porn, school (writing papers, reading PDFs), some basic photo editing (adobe lightroom), and I plan on learning code, so I prefer the pro over the air and the basic pro should do.
I don't really use the 2019 pro, the keyboard is loud as hell and annoying and I got lazy and waited months to transfer my data...basically just use to the 2012. I think the graphics might be a tad bit better on the 2019 but hardly noticeable for my purpose. I mostly use it outside with headphones on and photo editing, not typing.

Questions:
(1) Even though the 2020 13'' intel is more expensive than the 2020 13'' M1, it seems the M1 is better unless you rely on windows or older apps, is that right? So, if I were to buy something today, it should be the 2021 M1 since I don't run windows or older apps?
(2) Is the keyboard on the 2020 loud as hell like the 2019 I have?
(3) Does anyone have the graphics/display numbers for my 2012 retina vs 2019 vs 2020? or the 2021?
(4) Only reason I'd wait for the 2021 is if the display is much improved and if the 2020 has a loud keyboard that the 2021 wouldn't.

I wouldn't buy the m1 MacBook Pro right now.
I'd wait for the upcoming MacBook Pro 14" that's rumored to be coming 3rd quarter later this year.

It will almost certainly have a later-generation m-series CPU, and perhaps by then Apple's engineers will have addressed the "extreme disk swapping" issues that seem to be plaguing the current m1 lineup.
