I wonder how the Ivy Bridge GPU compares with the 2010 MBA's Nvidia 320m? Bearing in mind the 320m is a 2-year old chipset.

Considering that the Sandy Bridge GPU in current Airs is comparable to the 320m in older Airs (better for some games, worse for others), I'd say it's safe to assume that the HD4000 will be 50% better than 320m...

Awesome stuff.

Seems like the new IB + HD4000 combination is going to be certainly good enough for 95% of the users out there (other than hardcore gamers of course, but then again nobody buys a MBA for hardcore gaming).

Cant wait to upgrade to the new model!

I can't wait for the new Airs, going to be jumping on it on release day. One thing I will say is that I hope that the screens are a bit more consistent in quality for the 2012 machines. The 2011s were all over the place.
