2012 MBA won't work with Belkin USB Hub

I recently bought a 2012 13" MBA with ML on it, and plugged in my Belkin 7 Port USB Hub and it would not recognize it. I had previously been using the hub with my 2010 MBP with Lion on it and it ran without a problem. Why is this hub no longer working??

....or does anyone know a better replacement that will work the 2012 MBA? It'd be nice to have a 7 port USB hub that can do 3.0 as well.
