2012 MBP13 not waking from Sleep

Hi all,

I have a 2012 13" MBP, and recently when I put it to sleep, I can't get it to wake up properly. I open the lid, I can hear the fans start up but the screen stays off. The only way I can get it back on is to hold the power button, then turn it back on.

I've just restored from my TC backup, and the problem remains. Is there anything I can do to diagnose the problem - such as would it show in any logs?
