2012 Non-R MBP USB Port Not Working.

I've reset the PRAM/SMC, I did the extended AHT, still nothing. One of my USB Ports doesn't work and I don't want to take it in to apple. What can I do? Is there a replacement I can order and install myself?
On my windows partition I get code 43 with this USB port. (Hardware reported unspecified problem).

Sounds like a logic hardware fault. if your still under warranty, unfortunately apple would not allow a user to self install a logic board. so best to take to an apple authorised service provider or apple store.

Should I take out my upgraded RAM/Hard drive and put in the originals (this doesn't void warranty)?

For anyone interested. I went to apple (I guess yesterday now), and they are going to replace my Logic board. Sadly it is out of stock right now and has to be shipped in. In another update my Other USB Port is starting to go and is choppy 15% of the time.
