2012 non-retina review?

Does anyone know where I can find a review on the non-retina 15"? Ive searched everywhere but only rmbp reviews in sight.

Not really much to review. A review of the 2011 models will get you most of the information, combined with CPU/GPU benchmarks for the 2012 models.

Except it's also seemingly a bit quieter and a bit cooler running. Plus there's USB 3.0.

Look at the 2011 reviews.

Now look at some of the Ivy Bridge USB3 benchmarks and you will get a good idea of how good that controller is.

Look at some Samsung 830 reviews for a good idea of the SSD performance if you are ordering with an SSD.

Find a review of a laptop with analogous CPU (of the Ivy Bridge generation) and the MBP CPU performance will be very similar, if not identical.
