2013 MacBook Air 13"

I recently bought a Mid 2013 MacBook Air 13" The Specs are Intel Core i7 1.7 GHz, 8GB Ram, 512GB SSD. I got it for $950 Delivered. Came with box, charger, and original receipt. Still has AppleCare tell Sep 26, 2014. I am assuming this was a great deal no? I was looking for a Retina MacBook Pro 13" and found this. Would it be a good deal to trade this for a Late 2013 Retina MacBook Pro 13" 8GB Ram and 256GB SSD?
I would be losing SSD Space but gaining the retina screen.

if you need the retina then yes, i love my computer. almost as light as the air.

Great deal!

Seems like a great deal to me! I got my Macbook Air in June when it just came out and it was a 256gb, 13 inch, 1.3 ghz I5 processor, 4gb ram for $1300. I don't really see the need for retina, this is still great quality!
