I´ve just bought a MacBook Air (mod. mid 2013). The fact is that 1/2 hour after unboxing the MBA it froze while using Safari (the cursor and the keyboard didn´t work). Well it happened about 4 or 5 times from sunday to wednesday so after a few calls to Apple Care guys i think the problem was solved by Apple.
The only thing i´d to do was, restart the system with the Option key, delete the HD and reinstall the OS. I did on thursday, and from then until now it works fine. I´ve to install xCode a check if the MBA works fine, but i think that my problem is over...i hope so.
