I just noticed the glass on my MBP is cracked, I think the GF did it but she said no, and I am very careful with my gear. Does anyone have an idea what the glass costs to replace? I do not need to replace the entire display do I?

Assuming it's the retina as it's a 2013, then you can't you have to replace the entire display assembly, in fact many places will only replace the whole lid because it's such a nightmare. If it's not and it's a 2012 non retina bought in 2013 then check out iFixit.com for fixing guides.

Turns out since mine was a late 2012 non retina, the repair costs was under $350.00 so I am having Apple fix it, love this i5 2.5 8/256 machine, still have the super drive but I do use it from time to time to rip cd's and movies.
