Hi everyone, I'm experiencing some weird behavior since I wipe-installed macOS Sierra. When my late 2013 rMBP is in closed-display mode (that is, I have a USB keyboard/mouse, display connected via thunderbolt port, and laptop lid closed), my computer won't sleep. When I select the "Sleep" option from the Apple logo menu, the computer acts like it is going to sleep...Spotify stops...display goes dark...but then it awakens itself within 10 seconds, every time. I'd like my machine to stay asleep ;) This doesn't occur when the lid is open.

Any thoughts? I've checked Console for "wake reason" messages, but there are none. Not sure what the latest for investigating issues like this is. Any help appreciated! Thanks folks

So if you open the lid and select sleep, it goes to sleep, right? But if you then close the lid, does it wake up again?
