2013 vs 14 vs 15 MacBook pro

Hey I'm looking to buy a MacBook pro but money is tight and I'm looking for an older one. So my question is, how much of a difference is there between the 2013, 2014 and 2015 models of the 13 inch MacBook pro?
 
I own a 2013, the 512GB stock config and was just given a new 2015 at the same slot in the lineup.

I can't really notice a difference in speed as a web software developer, the only appreciable difference is the force-touch trackpad on the newer model. There may be disk speed differences, BUS bandwidth etc. To get real specs, check out the apple support pages.
