I don't know why, but my Macbook standby time doesn't seem right. It normally only lasts a day or two when I put it in sleep mode.

I have a monitor plugged in through HDMI and a Transcend JetDrive Lite Expansion Card plugged in the SD card slot.

Any ideas on how I could fix this?

It won't deep sleep when an SD card or similar is inserted.

There's an app called Jettison that ejects the disks when it sleeps but I've found out that it won't deep sleep even then. It only deep sleeps when theres no SD card inserted, doesn't matter if it is ejected or not.

Deep sleep = Hibernation

Does having Bluetooth devices like Magic Mouse or wireless keyboard prevent hibernation as well?
