Hi all,
I have a mid 2014 15" rMBP
2.2ghz
256gb
16gb ram
Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB
running macOS Sierra.
I am starting to think that it is running a little slower on boot up and shut down then it has previously.
From the time I enter my log in password to the time that it gets to the desktop screen is exactly 10 seconds.
The shut down time is about 10-15 seconds (it stays on that dark blue screen and the apple lid logo is still glowing.)
Are these times about right, or is it running slow?
The flash storage is 256gb. 128.52gb available, 97.7gb purgeable.
Does anyone have any tips on fastening the start up and boot down times?
Cheers
