2014 mcp stops charging when in lighteoom

Please look at the video. Everytime I change to another image the charger light turns green, screen dims since it's on battery power but it starts to charge a second later. What gives? Charger or laptop?

Also, are you using a 85W charger speced for the 15" MacBook. A charger from a 13" MBP is only 60W.

Yes im using 85w charger. I'm going to get a new one just to eliminate that. Is there a way to check if the battery is ****? It has 351 cycles on it
