2014 Mini 4 pin cable loose

What is this cable? And how can I get it reattached to the board? Pretty sure that I've circled where it came from.

Power ON LED and infrared receiver.
It's safe to leave it disconnected.
Put some tape over the back side of the connector to avoid a short-circuit.
