hey guys
i have been experiencing a heavy battery drain on 13inch rmbp. after a full charge also the battery is discharging at 13-15 watts that is like 1 percent every 2-3 mins and when i check safari is consuming the most energy even when no tabs are open . i am running os x 10.10.1 even before the update the problem was the same. the battery life decreasing at this rate is getting me really conscious and when i put my computer to sleep lets say the battery is 94 percent when i wake it sometimes it is 93percent within an hour or so and sometimes it shows as 95 percent. Is this normal?
I deleted all the cookies/history and everything but it did not help

my battery has only 9 cycles so i don't think its defective. i tried the same in guest mode and still safari was chewing the battery down.
what do you guys think?
