2015 15" Macbook Pro battery replacement. Is it worth it?

So I'm looking at buying a used 2015 15" MacBook Pro which has the specs I want (16GB and 1TB SSD) but the seller says the battery needs to be replaced. Is there a battery replacement program from Apple for this model or would I be paying for the battery myself? Here is the ad. https://www.kijiji.ca/v-view-details.html?adId=1476250176

So apparently the MacBook Pro in the ad above has already had the battery replaced before. So is this worth pursuing for purchase?
