2015 15" Macbook Pro [Dual Monitor setup] [4kTV + 27" monitor]

Hi
I'm looking to upgrade my single monitor in my recording studio with a dual setup
I would like to have a 55" 4kTV and a Slate Raven MTi2 [27" touchscreen monitor]
My MBP 15" has the i7 and the AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2048 MB

Is this even possible and if it is, will I need any other hardware in order to make this happen?
