I have a new mid-2015 15" rMBP with the AMD dGPU. I leave the macbook in a Henge vertical dock connected to power, my monitor, and speakers. When I use my bluetooth keyboard to wake the machine, it appears to be crashing. It will wake fine maybe 30% of the time. Other times I get nothing at all, and sometimes I get the login screen and my mouse (also bluetooth) will work but it's beachballed and I can't type and it doesn't respond to anything.
Either way, I have to take the machine out of the dock, cycle power, login, and then put it back in the dock. As you might imagine, this issue is super frustrating, and I previously had a late-2013 13" rMBP in this same setup and it had zero issues, woke up right away every time. Ran diagnostic, SMC reset, etc....no avail.
As I understand it, external displays connected via mDP/TB must use the dGPU. Is this a driver issue or something?
