2015 MacBook Pro (model: MacBookPro11,5) support beyond macOS Monterey

I'm curious to know if Apple will offer support for macOS 13, later this year, for this particular MBP.

Apple continued to make and sell this particular model through July, 2018.

Certainly it will receive Monterey security updates until end-of-life for that OS.

Thoughts?

Yes, you're right on it in that it WILL receive updates for the next two years probably. Usually they offer security updates until the third OS after is released. For example, High Sierra (came out in 2017) received security updates until 2020 (Big Sur) - that's 3 OS releases.

Now, I don't know if the 2015 MBP will support macOS 13, but you can always use OpenCore I suppose.
