2015 MacBook Pro Screen Issue

Hello! I just had a quick question about my MacBooks display as it appears to have some minor discoloration in my screen. I took it out of its Thule sleeve I keep it in last night and noticed this:

What could this be?

looks like it was pressed by someone/something there. Like you press the screen on a cheap calculator... and something blew there up
