2015 MB 12 inch Retina logic board issues

My 2015 12inch retina is back at apple for the second time in a month to replace the logic board I just had replaced. At what point is this a lemon issue and they would fully replace the computer? I pressed on this yesterday and they would not replace the computer, yet. Apple care runs out in May. Are these computers that defective? My case, keyboard and battery were replaced a month ago too.

Usually when the same component fails 3 times they will consider replacement.
