2015 MBP driving two 4k displays

Hi Once and for all, is it possible for a mid 2015 Macbook Pro (Intel Iris Pro 1536MB) with El Capitan to drive two 27-inch 4K displays at 60hz? Amazingly difficult to get a straight answer. The monitors happen to be Dell P2715Q.
