2015 MBP Windows 10 Mic Issue

So I have windows 10 installed and I also installed the BootCamp 6 update for windows 10 but I can't get Windows to understand me when I talk. The mic level moves a bit when I talk but when I read the test sentence it says its having a hard time hearing me. When I try Cortana it never responds at all.

I have tried turing the Mic level up all the way but no change. Has anyone else had this issue or found a fix? This is on my 2015 15in MBP.

I contact Microsoft. The tech troubleshot for a while and even remoted into my system but could not get it going. They escalated it and said someone will call me Monday. Its very strange that I can see the Mic level moving but then Windows cant understand me.
