2015 rMBP 13" or Maxed MBA 13"?

I know I want a mac, its just I don't know which one to get? According to this, the i7 mba is better than the i5 rmbp, so... Which one do you think I can get, I am on a tight budget of $1,300 and portability and screen quality does not matter. Also, will there be a big difference on intel 6100 vs 6000, and the 3mb cache vs the 4mb cache? Thanks!
