Hey guys! I just got a 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display. It's a wonderful machine, but I have a technical question: Is the actual click generated by the Taptic Engine or is it just the force click? The click feels more stiff than my MacBook Pro 13-inch with Retina display.

There is no physical click it's the Taptic Engine. It's two stage. Light tap for a click and if you do the force touch you get a stronger tap.

Its all Taptic. If you shutdown your computer it will not click anymore
