2016 13-inch MBP w/ TouchBar + Multiple displays

Can the 13-inch 2016 MacBook Pro with TouchBar connect to multiple displays and what is the limitation?

For example, I would like to use a LG 5K + a 2560x1440 HDMI display connected using the Multiport adapter, will this work or is it only compatible with a single LG 5k display?

Simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display at millions of colors and:

• One display with 5120-by-2880 resolution at 60Hz at over a billion colors
• Up to two displays with 4096-by-2304 resolution at 60Hz at over a billion colours

So I presume it would only work with one 5k display and not the 2560x1440 as well, if running at native resolutions.

Scaling actually uses more GPU performance and I/O bandwidth so it’s a straight no for a 5k with another screen.
