2016 15" Macbook Pro integrated GPUs

According to Apple's spec page the 15" models with dedicated GPUs are also using an integrated GPU called Intel HD Graphics 530. Comparing these to the 13" model I found a website saying the Iris ones in the 13" are about 50% better.

Is this an inferior integrated GPU on the 15" compared to the 13"?
