Does anyone know how to tighten a loose leg pad on a MacBook Pro? Thanks

A leg pad? Do you mean the plastic feet on the base?

Not opened one up but they're usually affixed internally, so you'd need to open it up. A trip to the Apple Store is your best course of action.
