Has anyone here successfully gotten their 2016 MacBook Pro 15" with the 4GB Radeon Pro 460 to run an Apple 30" Cinema Display via a DVI-D to USB-C adapter? I tried with a
Startech CDP2DVI adapter and it does not work. The display is recognized in settings. The display briefly shows colored lines followed by going completely dark. As a result, the MBP shuts down and must be manually restarted.
