2016 15 MBP bootup glitch?

Oh, yes, that has been happening to me since day 1 (MBP 2016 with Radeon 460), so far no OS patch has solved the issue for me. Some folks seemed to be pretty confident it was related to having FileVault activated.
Has no practical impact, but it's slightly annoying because it's the kind of glitch that gives an "unpolished" feel to a generally well refined GUI.
