2016 MBP Base Model (no touchbar) or 2015 MBP?

Looking to pick up a new MBP. Wondering everyone's thoughts on the 2016 base model without the touch bar versus the 2015 MBP w/ 256 gb/8 ram? Assuming price is about the same which is the better buy?
