So, went to the Apple Store to try out the keyboard. Here's my impressions, and, so you know where I'm coming from, I currently own the Late-2013 rMBP, and the Magic Keyboard 2.
Love the new keyboard. It's crisp, has nice feedback, isn't loud (unless you hammer on the keys like some YouTube gorilla people keep talking about) and feels great. It's less travel than the Magic Keyboard 2, but, it actually feels better than the MK2 imho.
I can type very fast and accurately on it, given my short typing trial.
Anyways, think it feels great. Too bad they didn't update the Magic Keyboard with the same tech and Touch Bar. I'd totally buy it.
