2016 MBP Will Not Remain in Sleep

Hi All,

I updated to 10.13.4 last week. Since updating my 2016 MBP15 will not remain in sleep. After selecting sleep, the computer sleeps for several seconds but immediately wakes back up. I have reset the SMC and NVRAM but this does not resolved the issue. Any other suggestions?
