2016 MBPtb won't change

after I plug it in I get the audio indicator that the computer is plugged in, the icon on the top right turns into a battery with a flash in it. I click on it then it tells me in words that the battery is running on AC power, and the battery is NOT charging. While the computer is running on AC it seems that power is still being drown from the battery since the battery percentage reading keeps dropping.
I have tried resetting MSC, all the four usb-c port on the MBP, different wall outlet.
All this happened last night after I installed macOS 10.2.6 PB6.

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

Possibly a software glitch with the Beta. Try the beta forums to see if others have it or raise a ticket.
