2016 model Keyboard or Touchbar Support in Windows 8?

Anyone figure out how to make Touchbar work in Windows 8? or Keyboard function keys(like keyboard backlight) to work in Windows 8?

All BootCamp drivers were installed but the keyboard backlight controls don't work. With the Touchbar model the Touchbar does not come on.
