2016 Non-TB screen issue?

I've had my 13'' non-TB model (with 512gb) for a few days now.

I have noticed that it's less warm at the very left and right hand sides of the screen and warmer in the middle with white back grounds.

I'm not sure if it's meant to be like this or a defect?
