2016 tbMBP from iMac 5K

has anyone fully moved from a 5K iMac to 2016 tbMBP 15"? looking to make the Mbp the main machine using one or two of the 5Ks .

Any regrets going this route, or any issues experienced with these new units?

Doing a bit of video work, photo editing and remoting into work systems. Primarily being used in clamshell mode.

I would stick with the 5K.

I really want one of those (5K), but have no real reason to get one (other than I just want one lol but then again I want a lot of things)

I just connect my late 2013 rMBP to an external monitor and I'm gucci.

Yes, my work computer used to be a 5K iMac but I wanted the flexibility of being able to bring my work computer home.

So I went from the iMac to a 13 inch touch bar (not powerful enough for my needs) to a 15 inch touch bar. Couldn't be happier with the 15 inch touch bar. It works flawlessly with high-resolution displays, is quiet and cool when pushed, and is very portable.
